These terms govern your use of RealProof: Return Evidence. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purpose of the app
RealProof is an organizational tool that helps users document merchandise returns, related evidence, tracking information, and expected refund dates.
No guarantee of outcome
RealProof does not guarantee that a retailer, marketplace, payment provider, carrier, or other party will approve a return, issue a refund, or accept an evidence package. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable return policies and deadlines.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and files you add to RealProof. Do not use the app to store or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
Local storage and backups
RealProof stores app data locally. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups and for reviewing exported files before relying on or sharing them.
Purchases
RealProof Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Purchase restoration and refunds are governed by Apple's systems and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app is improved. We may modify or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Apple terms
RealProof is also licensed under the Apple Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.
