RealProof is designed to keep return evidence on the user's device. We do not collect data from the app.
Data stored by the app
RealProof stores return details, photographs, shipping-label information, carrier-receipt information, tracking numbers, refund dates, and generated evidence files in the app's private storage on the user's iPhone.
Data collection
RealProof does not create user accounts and does not transmit return records or evidence files to Real Web Solutions. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, email integration, or cloud database.
Apple services
Apple may process purchase information through the App Store and may retain encrypted device backups according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's policies. Real Web Solutions does not receive payment-card information.
Exports
The user may export documents and files through the iOS share sheet. The destination selected by the user is responsible for its own storage and privacy practices.
Data deletion
Users can delete individual evidence files and returns within the app. Deleting the app removes its local container from the device, subject to any backup retained by Apple or the user.
Children
RealProof is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
