Return details and files are stored in RealProof's private storage on your iPhone. RealProof does not upload your evidence to a developer server.

How do I export a return?
Open the return, choose its export option, and select the PDF or evidence package available for your plan. You can then save or share it with the iOS share sheet.
What does RealProof Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited returns and evidence photos, complete chronological PDFs, original-file ZIP exports with a SHA-256 manifest, and full return history.
How do I restore Pro?
Open the RealProof Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Can I recover deleted evidence?
Deletion inside the app is permanent. A device backup may contain earlier app data depending on your Apple backup settings, but RealProof cannot recover files from a server.
Does RealProof guarantee a refund?
No. RealProof organizes evidence and deadlines but does not determine retailer or carrier decisions and cannot guarantee a refund outcome.
